1 the law is to hide surgeries normies hate people who have surgery it has to be natural and 2 it looks like he removed too much fat meaning he will age poorly

Debloating would be step 1

Luckily he at least has nice Hair and good Beard genetics to carry him but the problem is people often become too ambitious and short sighted when it comes to Looksmaxxing and end up doing too much when sometimes only a little is required.
