So my point is that humans naturaly like sugar cus when the seasons that fruits and berries came we ate a lot of them to survive cold and thats why we would like sugar cus its a guarenteed food with many calories thats easy to get so our body craved to eat more of them so we could get more calories to survive cold and that has made us still crave sugar today cus we are almost the same as we was 20k years ago
