It's a part of bimax usually, just rotating your maxillas and jaw counterclockwise to give you more forward grown look and it reduces midface by a little.

oh rotation yeah my max fac was talking about it tbh but its an extra 12k since im only pushing maxilla forward atm and mandible only slightly back, is it worth it in your opinion

downgraft, rather. Lefort 1 + genio. Tbh, It’s a massive savings when the surgeon has his own surgery center. Think about it, you’d otherwise pay like 30 grand for Hospital.
