Not over yet facial bones usually stop developing at around 20 you still got time

Increase your test and if possible start consuming more animal products could help with bonemass

Yeah privably,a bit annoying but itl work out probs, i got a beard and growth spurt at 12 amd still got it like 3,5y later

Have you tried losing bodyfat? Maybe your face is just chubby

A good indicator that its coming is if your facial bones are more unevenly developet than they should be, when i was younger my jaw and orbital bones where super undeveloped, usually jaw grows first but that didnt happen for me, i looked like a romb since my zygos were big and my maxilla had grown front and wide and i had round eyes and my nose hd almost no projection and was very flat. But eventually my infras and supras grew and i got more almond,almost hunter eyes and my mandible became proportional to my zygos,though my gonions are a bit inward and my nose became more projected

Yeah you’re definitely not done developing if you’re growing that rapidly

I personally found during puberty that my height was one of the first things to change; hopefully the same is true for you, and your face develops more

I hope so. I first started seeing signs of puberty at like 12 when I got armpit hair and then everything slowed down by 13-14 and now I'm growing again so hopefully my face is next
