Because they are heavily genetic dependent, just like calves. The best you can do is reach your potential and minimize the impact they have on your looks.

Nah bro lowk it's a halo to have small wrists because it makes your forearms look bigger from a physique standpoint

I kinda know. But my forearms muscles are also just genetically weak compared to the rest of my body.

Put them under heavy heavy tension
unironically the sole reason my wrists and forearms grew is by placing them under heavy loads by egolifting curls and forearm excersises
do preacher curls but instead of doing actual reps, do the armwrestler reps, heavy load at the top and control the down movement as much as possible. You have to feel it burn in your bones

Are you in a calorie surplus and eating 1g protein per pound of bodyweight? Like any other muscle in your body, to grow your forearms you have to recover well enough and eat to get bigger.

What exercises are you doing, how many sets and what rep ranges? Forearms can handle a lot of abuse, I hammered mine with volume and they grew very well.

Every other workout, do 4-5 sets of cable wrist curls. Set a cable to floor height and attach a straight bar. Pick up bar with palms facing down and curl inwards, squeezing your forearms. Do these in the 15-25 rep range only so you don’t cause wrist pain. Focus on getting a good pump. These make my forearms so pumped i can’t close my hand.

Also get strong as fuck on EZ bar reverse curls and dumbbell hammer curls with good form. You can go heavier on these, 6-8 reps but throw in some sets at the 10-15 rep range too.

farmer carries, and blast volume. they recover quick. cable wrist curls are good to, just go crazy on the weight, as they keep tension all the way through.

You need big bones/frame to have Chad/Popeye forearms.

Twink/birdboned dudes almost always have shit forearms unless maybe roidmaxxed or a lifetime of direct training.

Wrist curls, wrist extentions, preacher station hammercurls, (thumbless) reverse ez bar curls. These are S tier exercises, there are more but this should be enough for a roidhead :feelsuhh:.

You should rotate these exercises everyday and train them in endurance mode. Like 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps. This is how I train my forearms. And they grow just fine.

not really, it just takes alot of time these are actually quite boring to grow for the most time, same goes for neck- and calfexercises.

Prob thin wrists and long arms+high insertions. Forearms are like calves and massively based on ur insertion point.

Its not a big deal you can still build them and everybody has weak points. allot of manlets fall in the other extreme where the forearms and calves get big too easy and it just makes their limbs look even shorter.
