If what you say is true then you are coping hard. The only reason for an Indian to be low smv is one or more of: curry accent, ugly, not western adapted, manlet. You are none of these. Indians also have higher smv in the UK due to being more and better represented there. Sure you won't have as high appeal as a white guy but you should have no problem in getting white girls.
