More muscle does not mean more attractive. The guy on the right has muscles way too big for his skeletal frame which is why he looks like shit. Plus his muscles do not match his face.

Chicos physique fits his face and frame but adding slightly more muscle mass would definitely help him (about 10-15 lbs of muscle would be good)
