The shape is influenced by the orbital muscles in your eye area. Why is it crazy to think that training those muscles wouldnt have an effect on your shape?

Because training them won’t make them look better and will just give you wrinkles, I thought we moved on from this shit while a go

They can aid in symmetry because u usually have slight muscle imbalance between the two

I did the orb oculi thing for a month like a year ago and it seemed to work, u can go to failure with them as well.
But only tense the lower part of the eyes to prevent wrinkles & tenporalis hypertrophy

Reasoning to suggest it will make them look better? And no it won’t give you hunter eyes
Canthoplasty surgery remodels your muscles. Why wouldn't training the same muscles change your eyes?

Now your reasoning please.

Canthoplasty remodels them in a specific way which will make you reach your desired eye shape and tilt. Eye training won’t remodel them only grow the muscles slightly, you can’t remodel eyes by pulling and squinting them, no evidence to suggest that and logical hypothesis. I’m not trying to argue, just saving your from coping and giving you wrinkles later in life

We're just talking. I can't find anyone doing the excercises for an extended period and documenting it, true. That doesn't mean it doesn't work.

did you not hear what i just said it doesn’t remodel your tilt and eye shape, it’s impossible

Your fingers rarely being buff is a good example of why flexing can't train your muscles
im saying u use fingers to give resistance to your eyes when doing the excercises

Well, my eyes are completely different.
ChatGPT told me some excersises, mainly critizises my good eye though.
Asking for the other eye I got some excersises, I will give it a go.

cause the change is very minimal, people fucking thumbpull and masai jump, yes it can help a bit but it’s pretty pointless ur better off focusing on other things

My bad I misunderstood

Yeah maybe in theory it can work but overall you won't change eye shape, maybe slight improvement in hooding because the browridge is a very malleable bone

Unlike for example ur biceps which the muscles determine 95% of its shape, the shape or placing of ur eyes are determined 95% maybe even more by ur bones.

because moving ur eyes and shit won’t change the bone structure
