Why you HAVE to go to the gym

I feel like thats a very overlooked topic for people who criticize gymcels.

When youre skinny, youre body only has limited tissue to store water retention.

The more muscle you build and therefore just have more tissue the impact of a high sodium meal will be much smaller for youre face because there is just like i said more tissue that can hold water.
For me this was a gamechanger when i was 60kg at 6ft1 my face got incredibly bloated at the smallest amount of sodium going into my body but now that i have gained around 10kg of lean tissue i can literally eat a pizza with lots of candy in the evening and wake up bonedry.

TLDR: Stop calling people gymcels because having more muscle will directly and strongly impact youre facial leannes in a good way as long as you stay lean obviously
