As many have seen on this forum I constantly rave about the peptide GHK-cu. For those unaware, this is one of the single handedly best peptides and looksmaxxing compounds for skin that in my opinion, you could use. Its effects on collagen and elastin are pronounce and has a host of other healthmaxx benefits(it is especially good for all the roiders here).

However, it seems on this forum there are common misconceptions being thrown around about this peptide and somehow fearmongering related to it. If you spread crazy lies about this peptide and are reading this please LDAR immediately and request a ban. Now lets get into some of these:

LOWERS DHT:
I don't know where on the forum this started but this needs to stop. Many people synthesize that GHK can reduce DHT levels into the dirt. This is simply false. The few people that actually speculate this is because in some studies it suggests copper can antagonize DHT specifically the type 1 iso-enzyme which is predominantly found in skin. The issue with this ideology is that the amount of copper it would take to actually run your DHT into the ground is far more then you could ever imagine pinning. Vigorous Steve covers the topic of GHK-cu copper toxicity and calculates that it would take giga doses to even near your daily allowance of copper before it becomes toxic; if we also look at any pubmed studies there is nothing conclusive about DHT at all.

LOWERS IGF-1:
This is a valid thing to worry about because if we look at one of the main pubmed studies on GHK-cu you can see in a chart different percentile decreases. What you need to keep in mind is that IGF-1 in terms of longevity for some parts of the body is harmful. What this peptide does is selectively inhibit certain expressions to certain tissues effected by this. This is something that will be unnoticeable. GHK-cu is in fact prescribed for healing and regeneration of disc for people with herniated and bulged disc. I had a bulged disc in my L5-S1 from powerlifting and this peptide has made a positive impact. Lastly, there has never been anything seen in regards to anecdotes of this lowering IGF-1.

CAUSES A "BUILD UP" IN THE LIVER AND CAN NEGATIVELY IMPACT IT:
I saw Astrosky say something about this...just LDAR if you believe this. He is the same person who larps on his socials and recommends masteron for LOOKSmaxxing. He also says he has 4 years worth of GHK. I figured this needed to be mentioned in case anyone saw this claim. In fact, GHK-cu is known to have potent Anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory effects.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6073405/ (See 2.5 about halfway down)

NEEDING TO USE PBS AND NOT BAC TO RECONSTITUTE:
I genuinely do not know who started this theory but it needs to be stopped. IF YOU DO NOT RECONSTITUTE WITH BAC WATER YOU WILL GET SICK!!! Especially for the people like me who get this shit from china(source mog). This is all that needs to be said. Log off if you tell people this, please.

IF YOU ARE NOT USING GHK-CU WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!???

PBS was started being used after many people experienced PIP with BAC. Why exactly would you recommend BAC over PBS?

I thought about mentioning this in the post but didn't, but often times what people experience is simply "virgin muscle" basically a lot of people pin in an area the first time and it will hurt. I stopped injecting in my glutes for awhile and then when I got more GHK and hadn't pinned test in my glute I pinned the GHK and it genuinely was so trash. After not even a week I was pinning and barely getting much pain at all.

I'm spamming the injections in my glute medius, always right - left - repeat. I was using 22G needles but that gave me some scar tissue most likely, now I switched to 25G. Is 16mm long enough or am I just injecting subq these last few injections?

I use the topical
How does the topical work for you? I've heard good things but imagine that shit is costly. Only see the beauty cosmetic world using it. Injections mog but you gotta possibly take zinc for the copper.

Good job telling everyone to avoid reconstituting with the solution that will prevent YOU from getting sick.

It’s definitely β€œcopper raping your tissues” and not virgin muscle because most people don’t pin especially subq. Go look it up. Room temp IQ.

I actually did this when I was younger - now my dad is on T with TB500 and BPC157 for his destroyed shoulder and my mom spams GHK - Afterwards they funded all of my roids/peps
