Why you should cut your own hair

Every man should learn how to cut his hair its a fuckin necessity

PROS
- You give yourself what you want.
- Wont have to pay for overpriced haircuts that your barber will fuck up regardless
- Barber wont always be there for you
- Good if you have social anxiety or a really bad scalp
- Can charge others for haircuts
- Just overall quicker than going to a barbershop
- More reliable as you most likely know how well you cut hair but wont about a barber youve never had

Cons
- It's going to be shit for the first few weeks or even months
- Might take a really long time to become good at

I’ve been cutting my own hair for a few years now.

It has it’s benefits but honestly you will never get the best haircut for your face shape without going to a professional.

There are some things that you just can’t do on your own head, especially with scissors.

Agreed. Arab mf sent me to school looking like a pineapple, no hair at all on the sides and then a bush in the top looked like shit, thank god that was back when I was young could have really affected my status.

this is how you fuck it up (and many barbers do this)

cutting into the shape of the skull makes almost everyone look like a subhuman.


almost all pictures of male haircuts are taken from a side angle to hide the fact they fucked up the side flow.

Barbers only know how to do fades and other masc haircuts. Just cut your own hair if you want medium length hair.
