Even if you fall into the latter category, gymceling is still crucial. When you work out and build muscle—provided you're consuming enough protein and other essential nutrients—you increase your overall body size. This increases your total weight, making the fat your body used to store seem insufficient to evenly distribute across your larger frame. As a result, this process will reduce fat from the face. So, you should always focus on increasing your muscle mass.

generally having high muscle mass just makes it much easier to maintain low body fat

This is pretty good yeah it’s good but I think if I were playing a sport (track and feild) instead of gymceling I’d be a leaner and that would result in better optimized hormone health for bone growth

But that’s what I think I’m still glad I gymceled however I have a decent bidealtoid width of 21.5

Still a hipcel tho if I were doing sports that wouldn’t be the case
