Due to the recent policy changes by the Austrian government. It has now imo become the top destination to start up a buisness and enter the european market.

Flexible Company (FlexCo) scheme
Launched in January 2024, the Flexible Kapitalgesellschaft (FlexCo) is a new legal entity designed to simplify company formation. With a minimum capital contribution of just €10,000- only half of which must be paid in cash-it lowers the financial barriers for entrepreneurs. Additionally, FlexCo facilitates straightforward employee participation through "enterprise value shares," aiding in the retention of skilled workers. (Invest in Austria)
Reduction in Corporate Income Tax:

Austria reduced its corporate income tax rate to 23%. The country also as effect from 2025 does not impose trade, wealth, inheritance, or gift taxes, creating a more business-friendly tax environment.

Highly skilled labour force available
Austria boasts a highly educated and skilled labor force, supported by a strong emphasis on vocational training and higher education. This ensures that businesses have access to talent equipped with relevant skills and expertise

Access to German Market with ABA
The ABA provides comprehensive support to foreign companies establishing operations in Austria, offering services such as information dissemination, site selection assistance, and facilitation of necessary contacts

You basically have access to entire european market to sell and trade without the heavy taxes of germany.
