The most important thing you should be mentioning is that religion is almost the only way to get a good wife in the modern day and these guys should try going to church, not to pick up chicks per se but get involved in a community that does good and has good women, they will enjoy life more by doing good regardless of whether they do it to glorify God, will find good community, might be convinced of the faith while there or might not but the church fathers are probably much better at showing them the truth than you are, and might even meet their wife there.
