Sure you might get new bone, but because of your proportions your skull will be forward grown still with crooked teeth and malocclusion. You should fix major failos first because doing anything.

I unironically made significant mewing gains from 18-21,
had multiple girls I met up with, after not seeing them since I started mewing, and they all said ''I looked like a man now'' while gesturing to my face. Don't know if I can fully attribute it to mewing or from just getting older within that time frame.
