The problem which many people don't understand is that weight loss producing positive visual changes in face and body is exponential.

Imagine if you start off as skinnyfat around 25 % body fat, the amount of positive visual changes you will get from getting leaner will be minimal until you lose enough weight that the weight loss actually produces a visual change.

A lot of people call it quits after losing 10 lbs for example, not knowing that if they push on for another 10 lbs or so, the visual changes will be multiplied compared to the first 10 lbs they lost.

On one end are competitive physique athletes that lose 5 or 10 lbs before a show and look like a completely different human.

The most extreme example of this is in obese people. They can lose literally 50 lbs and will just shrink in size yet see no signs of being leaner, they will stay have a soft puffy look even after losing 50 lbs.

there's essentially no difference if you lose 1% bodyfat when you're above 15%.

Also, guys with good bone structure tend to still have slight facial definition, despite being high bodyfat (unless if they are morbidly obese). Getting leaner will accentuate the hollow cheek, but decent bone structure is definitely needed.

whats that meat. and what type of pasta is that?
cheapest fish I could find, panga filet, shit has pretty much no taste of it's own whatsoever so you need to marinate it for a while and add your own texture because even that it doesn't really have, hence the bread crumbs.

no idea I just boiled some random leftover pasta and made an italian salad with chorizo, salami and feta for protein.

why use feta? I think its one of the lowest in k2 cheeses but may be wrong. Do you eat pork more often than beef? If so why?

feta has more protein for calories than most cheeses which makes it good for cutting.

my skin doesn't like pork so I eat beef and fish mostly, I don't really like the texture of chicken so I avoid that when I can.
