why's it so hard to speak right

genuinely worse than being a sub 5 i can't speak right I'm autistic as shit my "friends" pity me i can't have a conversation with anyone if im talking to someone and then another joins us I'll get ignored and when they talk to me i humilate myself and then i get ignored the whole time every fucking time i wish there's a way i can talk right or learn to speak correctly i just can't form the words out of my mind through my mouth i always fuck them up or speak some intangible shit i hate talking to people because of this i always thought that'll grow up and then i can speak right but nothing's changed it might've only gotten worse really is there a solution for this all

I'm pretty sure it's only one on one counseling so it's not possible for me, and it's like i blurt out words without thinking when someone talks to me because of how anxious i get from it so i don't think speech therapy helps that

i can read normally alone but if it's in front of somebody I can't, and im not really comfortable with anyone im always stressed and anxious about my speach so yeah it happens all the time no matter the person im talking to

yeah basically, i just get nervous around anyone im not only anxious about the way i talk but basically everything

Well i got the same problem but a bit diffrent and far easier that my hands sweat alot in for exampel school or on two mans and i use strong anti perspati basicly stuff that should prevent it but it doesnt work and only thing that works for me is each time im social the sweat goes down more and more because i learn and is not as nervous to be social so i think you should try to be as social as possible and just talk and over time it Will fade
