I only use the 1 to 10 scale. It allows for more precision and details. For example, some small improvements can add 0.5 to your current score out of 10.

subhuman is probably below 1.5 PSL, sub3 is below 3 as the name suggests, 5 is below 5 but by a big margin, around 2.5-3.5, ltn is around 2.5-3.5 with mtn following along 3.5-4.5, htn is 4.5-5.5, cl is 5.5-6.5 and chad is 6.5-7.5 or upper. If you multiply them by 10/8 (so it's on a 10 scale, not a 8) ltn is 4.2 which is almost 5 (dead average mathematically) but even irl only mfs will call a person a 10/10
