He doesn't look bad. I would literally rather have too wide IPD than too narrow.

He's asian so he has zero nasal bridge so it's just flat there. That's really what looks not great not the actual width of the emptiness.

Wide IPD does totally offset a long/longish midface that's the whole point of midface ratio

They all have wide ipd and they all have slightly longer than average midface and yet they look good.

The dude that you posted just have a shit bosebridge but his midface doesn't appear horse-like.
