Long face on women is horrible. Only men can pull a long face nicely, if your skull is wide instead of tall it's over. Despite that, having better ratios would be always better than a wide face in the case of women but is not really a failo, unless her face is an square instead of a circle it's not bad.

I would still choose a tall skull like Josh Mcgregor’s over a wide skull if I had to choose.
