Wide ipd

I have a bit of wide ipd my PD measured is 49mm I think it is a bit wide is it possible to make it look more normal it's mainly the only flow of my eyes

Oh my bad my esr is 0.49 but my ipd was I think 68mm or something

I do wear glasses but my eyes are one eye apart my eye itself is wide and I have pointing downward medial canthus and long lashes the only nerf I have in my eye is probably eye spacing without glasses I feel like an avatar character
