wide jaw narrow lips

so ive been chewing my food less cuz i dont want my massater muscles looking too big but my lips are too narrow so is there anyway i can narrow my jaw without surgery and make my lips wider? also my nose isnt big but it seems big as my lips are narrow

Do these actually work? I'm on the verge of being kicked out by my parents so I'm really tight on money but do these fr work? Facialflex is expensive as hell

I'm currently in the process of using these, if you want i can update you if i see any progress. I've been using for a few weeks but i bought the wrong size so didn't really get any progress, i've ordered a bigger size now and will hopefully get more stretch potential.

There are many anecdotes from users claiming to have increased mouth width by up to a cm though which is interesting.

tell me when you get results my only issue with this is that the surrounding skin with become loose or you get a joker mouth

Also i class 2mm as big gains, so i wouldn't expect to gain even a mm from a few weeks of lousy stretching, my new expander arrives tomorrow though funnily enough.

You won't need to worry about getting a joker mouth, increases in width are modest and will not turn a small mouth to a joker mouth. And there shouldn't be any noticeable skin looseness.

Yeah the smile tooth count thing isn't very reliable in determining palate width tbh. You don't really know unless you measure the distance between the teeth, intermolar for example.
