Wide palate or thick bones?

Investigating palatal expansion I have realized that the vast majority of PSL Gods do not have very wide palates, many being average or slightly above. Among those closest to Adam's standard, the only one with a relatively wide palate is David Ghandi and he does not stand out for his highly dimorphic look.
