I won't complain again of having a wide skull, ofc the skull shouldn't be too wide or too narrow but when is too narrow you look weak and low T, I've seen some "men" on Reddit posting their small and narrow skulls and it's legit over for their dimorphism. Also if the skull is too wide you can get jaw shaving for 7000$ in South Korea or masseter botox 700$ every 5 months.

i agree but i envy them for being able to be higher bf and not suffer, me and my wide zygos look ugly ash when over 15% bf

In my case my jaw is too wide and my face isn't narrow, if I don't stay very lean I look LTN.

Leanmax to visible abs is a must otherwise a tall skulled mother fucker will mog you.

Yes, narrow skulls look unhealthy and universally undesireable, wide skulls may not look very good but at least they signal no malformity like narrow skulls do.

why not just get lean? u got visible abs?
Almost visible abs not a 6 pack but If I flex it you can see them, I still need to drop more weight but that won't reduce my cranium width.

Get to the point where they are visible without flexing. That’s where the most difference happens. Talking from experience. It’s 100% worth it night and day difference.

its not just cheeks, the fat is all around the face, the only solution is actually being 10% bf until u age when fat pads start going away

Mine is too wide brah and it’s not because of jaw it’s because of temporal bones

I’m debating if i should eat 2k or 1.5k tbh. Will do stair master 20 mins, played sum tennis and been gym. 2k is my sedentary maintenance so if I eat 2k hopefully I will be in at least 800 cal deficit.

i do 1.5k just cuz i want fast results, its too brutal mentally tbh

You do anything during the day?

I need to drop about 6kg in 5 weeks which I think is possible with 2k / 1.8k a day. just over a kg a week

i walk like 10k steps but thats not from trying its just cuz i walk from school to the gym, i have a home bike so i just do like 10-20km when i dont feel like dying (usually after i eat), kg a week seems reasonable
