widen and thicken lips

my top lip is thin and uneven. the colouring of it is also off. they’re also quite narrow and i’d like to widen them. how can i fix this? i’m only 16 so i don’t want to get fillers or anything like that. i do have an uneven tooth so maybe braces will fix the unevenness but id still like to improve my lips and make them thicker. i attached an image for refrence View attachment 3281688
