Widening mouth methods?

I have a slightly narrow mouth and its taking points off my harmony, its my biggest flaw objectively. Should I widen mouth or narrow my nose with hydrocortisone? thoughts?

u need surgery, other than that just keep ur lips hydrated bro cuz them being dehydrated will make them swell and be fatter but like in a bad way. doing a lot of the non-surgical mouth widening methods is just gonna give u nasolabial folds, and it wont be permanent.
