Widening Orbital Box Osteotomies are more aesthetic than narrowing Orbital Box Osteotomies.

Most OBO’s are performed in HypERtelorism to achieve orbital medialization but rarely there are cases of Orbital Box Osteotomy for HypOtelorism:

Orbital Lateralization OBO’s are more aesthetic then bringing them close together. The reason being you are stretching out the soft tissues some instead of having to remove a lot of loose tissue leaving a scar running down the forehead and a deformed nose (in the case of the much more common OBO for orbital medialization.)

if someone already has low pfl and round orbital like thecel, meaning insanely thin middle wall, how is a safe cut even possible

just as brutal as a l3 I guess. What's the risk for blindness?

Piezo saw cuts only bone, it can’t cut through soft tissue .

Extrememely unlikely especially in small aesthetic movements under 10mm.

How many years do you think it will take until shit like this, lefort 3, blackpilled bimax movements, etc become normalized as routine cosmetic plastic surgeries?

gene editing to create non subhuman babies will come out before people regularly undergo surgeries that literally cut their skull apart for cosmetic reasons. we'd be in some hypergamic hellscape if osteotomies were to be accepted by the average normie

Never. God will always put a few based surgeons on earth who can answer low ipd sufferers prayers, with discretion. But most incels will never actually take advantage of the opportunity when it is right in front of them.

Agreed
