When I take a selfie using the back camera of my phone and the mirror, my face appears much wider than what I see in the mirror or front camera. How accurate is this back camera selfie to the perception in real life?

I'm East Asian, so I know I probably have more buccal fat, but I'm pretty lean. guess ~15-18% bf?

Mirror selfies if you are bloated are INCREDIBLY inaccurate and should be avoided

I don't think I should be too bloated (don't know for sure though, havent been paying attention until recently)

I try to eat whole foods, limit carbs, drink enough water, and consume fruit.
We cook with peanut/avocado oil at home and I've been exercising more regularly recently. 183cm and ~160 pound.

Perhaps it is just my face shape or shit facial growth
