Alright, i am not gatekeeping this as frame is one of the things that everyone want to have, the dominance and confidence you have is crazy with a better frame
Here you can see the before and after(+2.5cm) apperantly it`s +3.3~ my goal is +6-8 of total added cm to my frame if you can`t see it the same shirt on second pic lays differently and even neck to bideltoid ratio is defferent(maybe slight difference in distance but it`s obv) the +2.5 and 3.3cm were measured through wingspan and end to end of clavicle to clavicle
Now how do you prefer the exersice and how frequently, i say as frequent as you can ideally before each workout but i used to do 2-4x a week as for the exersice itself if ur a framecell u probably know the Steeve Revees deadlift and it is cope but i actually invented a different variation
so ur basically just taking the bar and LIGHT weights and make it as wide as you can then grap the plates(idealy the ones that have like handles in it) and just hold also think of your frame getting stretched apart helps at the beginning, tho u might feel it in biceps or chest especially after pushing workout do 4-6 sets of 30-80 seconds hold and progress by adding small plates to increase WIDTH and not weight we are not training muscles here
Now i got another methind on my mind an appereantly i am testing it, invented it cuz university cinsumes so much time i can`t focus on gym so had to improvise, it kinda seems better, i will report yall on 6th on January
Much love guys, feel free to ask anything
