I know this is gonna sound stupid and make me seem like an AH. Maybe I just need other people to tell me that, idk. Anyways. About a year ago, a friend of a friend died. I hadn't known him that well. Probably met him twice. We'll call him J.

My wife met J once. And as far as I know haven't really had any communication besides Facebook. (Liking posts)

When I found out, I obviously felt bad for my friend. And also Js kids and family. Horrible situation.
The problem is after I told my wife, she started crying. At first, I didn't think much of it besides being a little confused of why she would crying over him. But as time went on, it just kept bugging me, and making me overthink quite a bit. It makes me feel like maybe they had more of a relationship than I thought.
I haven't asked her, because I know she'll just say she's an empathic person, which she is, but there's been other deaths that she hasn't cried over. So it's not a normal thing for her to cry about someone that she's not close to.

To add on, she posted on his birthday how missed he is. And is heart reacting every post about him. It's just been really bugging me and I just need to know if I'm overreacting.
