Wil a calorie defecit stunt growth?

Ia am 15 years old and 22% body fat will a 500 calorie defecit stunt my growth i getting al my vitamines and 8 hours of sleep

calorie deficit is bullshit i would reccomend you eat high nutrients dense foods in puberty and as much as you want because your main goal should be bones cut the goyslop

theres loads of foods liver is the main example but foods such as brain, heart, kidneys, bone marrow and just meat in general chatgpt would tell you this too these foods are pure bone growers in puberty combine this shit with the sun and your set

do a cut for a while and work tf out, 3-4 times a week MINIMUM. then once your a bit thinner, maybe 18% bulk. eat alot and go to the gym 4-6 times a week. Bulk until your slightly below the highest bodyfat you have ever been and then start cutting again for real this time.

Why would i cut 2 times i got bit of muscle i weigh 80kg an my lean mass is 63kg
 
But will a 500 calorie defecit stunt my growth lean mass means no fat dumbass so 12% body fat is 72kg
do a fucking 300 deficit then it wont if you don‘t do it too long now get off this forum
 
just be in a slight caloric deficit and do a lot of cardio
 
bro try taking in 1500 kcals and see how it goes.
 
make sure
  • u hit all ur nutrients + vitamins essential for growth
  • not aggressive cut
and ur likely good
