Will a custom infraorbital zygo implant improve lower eyelid

As above, had a consultation today by both surgeons and i was supposed to get custom infraorbital zygo implant aswell as lower eyelid retraction and canthoplasty at the same time but they said it’s two risky. Will custom IO elevate or improve my lower lid enough to have to go for another surgery?

Basically I’m hoping it helps in some way as I can’t be arsed to go for another surgery after the CIOI and try blag more time of work etc. I was hoping i could have them done simultaneously which they said i could at first

Yes. Vertical augmentation of infraorbital rim will help.
