what? you mean will a high mtn ever ascend to htn or more? yes. surgery/hardmaxing or if you ratios/bones are good then yes. Same things with other ratings such at Ltn (but younger. Not an adult. You don't expect to go from Ltn-mid htn+ even with hardmax for most.)
