Will abdominals, push-ups and walking change my body at all?

I'm only going to the gym next year. I do push-ups, abdominals and walk a lot. This should stimulate my arms, abs, and legs. But will it change my body at all? I'm aiming for that athletic look.

You need to do pushups and bicep curls, and then also a lot of planks (at least 30 seconds) and try to do cardio at least once a week.
