So I've been tazmaxxing for a while and my skin is mostly flawless but I still get a couple of small pimples a week.

Is isotretinoin going to turn my skin immaculate forever ? I mean litteraly zero acne like I was 8 years old again, or will I still be getting some occasional shit ? Huge cope in case

Won't purge me my skin is Tazarotene maxed already and the skin cell turnover from tazarotene is faster than that of accutane.
