Isotretinoin can increase liver enzyme levels.
The levels should normalize during treatment because most of the time they rise at the beginning of the isotretinoin cycle.
After a while it's going to be normal again.

Most of the time even if liver enzyme levels increase, the levels remain in the normal range and do not rise very quickly.

And if its the case, its 99,9% not caused by isotretinoin. Especially not after 5 years.
