long-term use of prozac will lead to a drop in bone density. or bone loss.
same for methylphenidate (ritalin) and adderall ofc for adhdcels

but the final decision is up to u to decide if u are better off with the drug to function normally or u will take prozac knowing the side effects (although not proven on humans yet but take the info as u want, bc it was tested on rabbits and rats)

if u genuinely feel like shit and feel like u need them don't not take them just for psl autism jfl. but also u have to know u can become dependant on it as well

Info for this is most likely posted here somewhere idk i havent searched

but the most obvious one would be osteoporosis drugs but it most likely wouldnt do shit if ur not susceptible to insanely low bone density

other than that pinning test and all the other water info posted here all the time for bone mass and thats not even 100% gonna work
water info im referring to good diet and all that which is what u should be already doing, like exercise

I was on SSRIs, SNRIs and also on prozac(fluoxetine) it helps a bit with anxiety but kills your dopamine and make you reluctant to do anything. So imo SSRIs sucks because of that

Now im out of all antidepressants shit and will never recommend it to someone, try yourself cognitive-behavioral therapy, sports like gym(even if you wont but trust me my depression was for 2-3years and not mild) and just do things for you and for your life, it will fix your mood and problems after a while

obviously it wouldnt change bone structure but it can affect hormones, if you think that doesnt matter you should go on estrogen for a year

im pretty lean im 51kg 171cm, ive done research and prozac reduces appetite, im not fine controlling my appetite without anything, it hugely affects inhib and T, i think the testosterone loss would end up making you more susceptible to gaining bodyfat so the appetite reduction isnt worth it
