The closest ive seen to my case looks like this, alot of the before and after pics I see look more like the after pic before. I am worried they will do this to me instead of moving my maxilla forward

You are not helping anything, you dont even know what bimax is for clearly, its to correct bite problems not to just move everything forward. A local surgeon isnt going to take a blackpilled approach and move everything forward, theyre going to correct the bite the easiest way they see fit and that might be by recessing my jaw back even more. You are esl and you rot on here all day its very obvious to me youre under 18 and dont know what youre talking abt

It's so hard to give any meaningful advice with a picture like that. Not only is it so obscured but it's not even in the frankfurt plane (google if you don't know it).

As for your fears of looking worse like in the before/after you keep showing, just go to one of the top surgeons. They might botch you in other ways but not like that.
