Will bimax dull my deformed mid face (way too long)?

I have a scheduled bimax in august 2026, Im obviously recessed and horrible lower maxillary development, will this cure my long mid face ratio (and maybe fix my eye bags even though its a upper maxillary problem)?

wont fix eye bags but fat grafting is pretty cheap and low risk so youll be alright
