So from what I’ve been told my hyoid is low and my lower jaw is recessed pretty severely. Will a Bimax with these specific advancements save my hyoid and overall jaw definition. (Surgeon told me these movements)

-maxilla 2-5mm
-mandible 10+mm
-CCW rotation which will be about 7 degrees

I asked about a genio and he said there’s no need. Should I push more for this or are these movements enough? (Left pic is mewing while the right is normal)

Hard, movements sound good. Your menton isn't that bad so genio wouldn't ascend you that much. When you advance the mandible your lower lip will retract thus making your chin more projected
