Will bimax save me? (Surgery soon)

So from what I’ve been told my hyoid is low and my lower jaw is recessed pretty severely. Will a Bimax with these specific advancements save my hyoid and overall jaw definition. (Surgeon told me these movements)

-maxilla 2-5mm
-mandible 10+mm
-CCW rotation which will be about 7 degrees

I asked about a genio and he said there’s no need. Should I push more for this or are these movements enough? (Left pic is mewing while the right is normal)

surgeon said I have about an 80% chance since I have an overbite. if my overbite is 5mm+ then that's how you get covered by insurance
