In theory yeah it will prolly descend you but I’ve been boxing for 4 years and in that time my looks have increased year after year so idk. That’s just my personal experience and genetics. Obviously there were more factors than working out that contributed to me looking better but boxing hasn’t made a drastic impact on my looks.

Breaking your nose is kind of rare ngl , only boxers who have been doing it for years got their nose broken , but if you want to learn how to defend yourself without getting brain damage just start grappling , its kind of gay and it fucks your skin but its so fun when you get used to it.
