Im 17 and probably will get braces for overbite will it pull my maxilla back or is that a myth?

Ask your orthodontist, make sure you are bringing your lower jaw forward and not pulling your maxilla back

No but it might need to get it reversed if you want to do jaw surgery later in the future

Pushing upper teeth back to fix overbite= they will cuck u

Pushing lower teeth forward to fix overbite= you will look better

Wisdom teeth in reality should never have to be extracted if you are not recessed, impacted wisdom teeth is a sign your jaw is too small and your skull did not develop correctly due to incorrect habits growing up (such as not enough chewing on hard foods or mouth breathing)

I read this from a book called “beauty potential” by T Carney Bowles, all the sources are cited there I believe. However, I think it’s quite obvious that if you have to unnaturally remove something that is naturally supposed to be there then something is wrong with the area. The human body does not produce unnecessary things like that without reason
