Here's what they plan on doing:
No upper extractions, but remove two lower side teeth to bring lower teeth back and fix asymmetry

Refer for wisdom teeth extractions

Align teeth to improve bite, reduce upper tooth angulation, and support facial balance, jaw joints, and muscles

Extra info on my current state:
You have all permanent adult teeth.

Lower teeth are positioned too far forward.

There is spacing in the upper arch.

Slightly long lower facial height and mildly prominent lower jaw.

Lower teeth and jaw are misaligned (shifted left).

Wisdom teeth are still unerupted (under the gum).
