i’m downward grown a descent amount in plus recession
 
Only really helps malocclusions and palatal expansion (so upper jaw), it doesn't fix the shape of the bone. However, if you have an overbite, push your lower jaw out until you teeth hit against each other, slightly behind where they both would be directly on top and see if that makes the recession less obvious. Already over if you ever needed braces anyway.

By the way, I can tell a bit by your posts that your just trying to get validation on what you should do (not that that's a bad thing), but I recommend doing the research yourself first before trusting anyone.
