no? ur problem is too much UEE, not scleral show which is what canthoplasty fixes. you could use infraorbital implants or filler/fat graft for your hooding.

thats not your issue. you need supras not cantho. also cantho looks bad when u get old. the actual answer for fixing your eye area is supraorbital implants

not sure abt the price. even if the surgery is "scary" who cares you'll be unconscious anyway.

you could also get filler for your hooding but thats risky so i'd get infras

needs a bit more pct to be ideal + itll anchor his support to be much better. sure supras can help but it 300% wont give him enough projection or enough halos
