I’m 14 with mid to small skull frontal and my bonemass is actually pretty decent
The past 3 months I made like 2.5cm in height growth and small cheekbone gain but it’s not enough
I’m 5,9 at 14 barefoot so I don’t really care about that but I want to stop looking bloated as soon as I stop drinking 3L of water with 3000mg of potassium so I need to grow my bonemass
For all of you who don’t think bonesmashing works… it does osteoblasts (new bone cells) react efficiently to mechanical tension which can be made my bonesmashing and calcium is one of the main supporting nutrients needed to support osteoblasts including hgh and igf1
So in theory to maximise bonesmashing progress I should take something to increase my hgh and igf1 which could be cjc and ipa and I also need the calcium so I can take vitaminD3 to absorb calcium well and then k2 to redirect it to places of need like osteoblasts, supported by a diet high in calcium.
So I would bonesmash 1x per week cheekbones only plus maybe 150mcg of cjc and ipa plus vitaminD plus k2 plus a diet rich in calcium
I would maximise bonemass and ascend?
In theory this should work?
