Ironically enough, cow's milk has better chances of turning you into a soyboy than coconut milk, because cow's milk contains estrogens, not even phytoestrogens, biologically active animal ones. Again, is this relevant? No, just drink your milk and don't worry about it.

Eh not really, this is gonna sound crazy to say but soy milk doesn't lower your testosterone, neither does cow milk. Dietary estrogens are very insignificant, they will get into your body, attach to a few receptors maybe, but that's it, they're not going to have a clinically relevant effect, your body produces way more estrogen naturally than you can get from any milk.am I fucked if I drink 2L of cow's milk daily?
