If I were you I’d just save money and get fat grafting.

only way to really fix it is through surgery, there’s many surgical methods but the one i know of is fat grafting

i did it it thickens your skin over time. also you can do 4 sessions for that price if you do it at home and find a good source

though that PN likely contains HA which si why the results are so good. for a pure PN im not sure if you will get that drastic of a result in only 3 sessions

Pure. Don’t use anything with HA. Better volume obv but idk if it will cause the same effects as filler with migration and not fully breaking down but just don’t risk it as you will also inject wrong the first few times so it might look unnatural
