1. Olympia overly values mass monsters.
2. You need a combination of frame, muscle bellies AND good fat deposits/at least one naturally large muscle group (Legs/chest/arms/back).
3. You need to dedicate your entire time to it which I doubt he would.

So he would need to go on a ridiculous amount of steroids (don't buy in to what Ronnie Coleman or others have said, they were on double or triple the dosages they stated in public) which is health suicide and spend all of his time on it. He has a good frame and height but none of his individual muscle groups are elite which is a big thing for the judges since most winners end up having sometimes to stand out (Ronnie was his back and legs for instance).
