yes, after the fast growth is accelerated. detoxifying will help with growth too. fasting could support stem cell pools which would be pro-height

i saw someone else saying that the more protein you eat the more IGF-1 (which plays a role in growing) gets produced so i'm not sure which one is the correct answer.

more protein is more igf 1 yeah

fasting for a week wont hurt youll grow faster after the fast

fast for 5-10 days then eat a lot of protein and carbs to grow rapidly

yes it will, if you still in puberty. Should also control your t / e2 ratio

you dont mean fasting for a whole week right? you mean fasting for periods and eating in between.
the best i can do right now is 2-3 days without eating or drinking.

You drink water but, yeah, extended fasts(multiple days) are what increase HGH not intermittent fasts(first few hours of the day). Intermittent fasts are useless outside of it being convenient not to eat breakfast on occasion.

If you want to do this start with 3 days then do it again a couple months later for 4, then 5, etc. While eating lots of protien and food in-between fasts.
